With safety in mind, the barbeque has been built around a rigid heavy frame so that it cannot be easily overturned, but its construction is such that it can be dismantled without fuss and stored away during the winter months.

The main features of this design are its two split and swivelling stainless steel cooking racks which can be raised and lowered, allowing you to load and unload food away from the heat.

The two stainless steel pans provided are to transfer your cooked food onto, and when covered with the interchangeable Wok lid, allows the food to be kept hot.

When cooking for a small group, only one charcoal tray needs to be loaded.
